With Sacha Kljestan already available for Orlando City’s Major League Soccer’s matches there is just one big-name player left to wear the purple shirt: the Spaniard midfielder Oriol Rosell.
After weeks getting ready and improving all the things related to his fitness problems, it’s expected the former Sporting CP player comes back to the field in the next match against New York Red Bulls next March 31st.
More European experience is needed inside, Rosell is the perfect player for this.
Also, as an MLS winner with Sporting Kansas City, the Spaniard could add positive vibes in a roster with lots of hard critiques.
His presence on the pitch will bring even more options for head coach Jason Kreis who is looking forward to start the winning machine and leave behind all these early bad results against DC United, Minnesota United and New York City.
Possible midfield with Rosell:
Kreis has the option of using the 4-2-3-1 formation being Yotún and Rosell the two main defensive midfielders while Meram (left), Kljestan (middle) and Colmán (right) perform on the creative side of the team.
This specific formation would allow the Lions to have two great holding midfielders that can also help build-up on the offensive. However, Rosell would be the more defensive of the two as Yotún could advance forward.
On the other hand, chances are that Rosell could be partnered with Johnson or Lindley while Powers recovers from his injury to be added to the list of potential companions.
