January 18, 2018

As OrlandoLionsden.com reported back on January 9th, 2018 on their twitter account Lucas Tagliapietra might be headed to Orlando City. The Brazilian player Lucas Tagliapietra who also goes by Lucas de Lima has been recently playing for L.D.U Quito as a defender in the Ecuadorian League. As, the MLS Draft 2018 is going to start tomorrow there are rumors of Lucas transferring to Orlando City soon

.

Cam Lindley is the latest inclusion in the Orlando City squad and the rumors are coming out that Lucas a will be joining Orlando City very soon as well. According to the sources the Brazilian player who has played in several leagues like the Portuguese (Boavista FC) might be coming to Orlando City this year.

There is no doubt that the signing of Lucas is a powerful addition to the Orlando City. Lucas is probably one of the Top 15 defender's in Brazil and he might have a lot to offer. He has the potential to replace Seb Hines if Orlando City manages to get him in.

The Transfermarkt value of the Brazilian Defender is $1.22M. Orlando City could use him to strengthen their defense, which was not as good as everybody thought last year. If Lucas begins negotiations with Orlando City and if everything goes well then OC will have a player on their side who can block the shots and can provide them with immense strength to the defense.

Lucas joining Orlando City is still a rumor. He might be joining OC, but things can take a twist too. No one is 100% sure of his inclusion to this side. As Santiago Jacome stated in his twitter feed. That there is an offer from the MLS and Brazil for Lucas. The Player arrives tomorrow and there we will define his future.

So, it could be a good fit for Orlando City and Lucas but we all should wait until the final decision comes out. So, there are some important things coming up and this transfer of Lucas Tagliapietra is one of the major news to look up to for OC.
